Cabin fever is the most problematic aspect of self-isolation and implicitly of this invisible war against the lethal enemy that is coronavirus.
By watching numerous videos on this phenomenon, I have discovered many ways in which I can alienate the symptoms of loneliness and boredom, such as drawing up a family contract, sticking to my routine or creating zones in my home for different activities, but none of them seemed to work for me at all.
From my own experience, I think that the most efficient way in which you can overcome this situation is to be as physically active as possible, and that includes to practicing indoor sports, gym, yoga and other similar activities. Moreover, if you have the possibility to go outside, if you have a courtyard or a garden, do not hesitate to do that because the fresh air will help your health, as exposure to daylight can help regulate the body's natural cycles, and exercise releases endorphins, creating a natural high. Even a quick stroll can help you feel better quickly. If you are not able to leave the house at all, get close to a window and start moving around.
Antoher important aspect is to maintain normal eating patterns. For many of us, a day stuck at home is an excuse to overindulge in junk food. Others skip meals altogether. However, eating right can increase our energy levels and motivation. You may feel less hungry if you are getting less exercise, but monitor your eating habits to ensure that you maintain the proper balance of nutrition. Hence, my advice for you is to limit high-sugar, high-fat snacks and drink plenty of water.

Lastly, even though TV is a distraction, it is also relatively mindless. Hence, I reccomend you to work crossword puzzles, read books or play board games. Stimulating your mind can help keep you moving forward and reduce feelings of isolation and helplessness.
PS: do not forget to keep in touch with your friends, as after all of this is over, you will have to be able to properly interact with them without losing any communication skills.
I know it is very difficult, but only my staying home and respecting all the preventive measures we will be able to defeat this virus. Thus, #STAYHOME and take care of yourself!

After watching and listening to a great number of ted talks, I have realised how influential the impacts of COVID-19 pandemic are on our culture, politics, healthcare system and nevertheless, on our global economy, and how this event is going to change our world and shape our future.
I think that the world is never going to be the same, as the economical crisis that is going to follow the COVID-19 pandemic will also bring with it dismal, almost terrible changes in our society, such as inflation, loss of jobs, diminished salaries etc.
The pandemic will strengthen the state and reinforce nationalism. Governments of all types will adopt emergency measures to manage the crisis, and many will be loath to relinquish these new powers when the crisis is over.
COVID-19 will also accelerate the shift in power and influence from West to East. South Korea and Singapore have responded best, and China has reacted well after its early mistakes. The response in Europe and America has been slow and haphazard by comparison, further tarnishing the aura of the Western "brand."
What won't change is the fundamentally conflictive nature of world politics. Previous plagues did not end great-power rivalry nor usher in a new era of global cooperation.Previous plagues-including the influenza epidemic of 1918-1919-did not end great-power rivalry nor usher in a new era of global cooperation. Neither will COVID-19. We will see a further retreat from hyperglobalization, as citizens look to national governments to protect them and as states and firms seek to reduce future vulnerabilities.
In short, COVID-19 will create a world that is less open, less prosperous, and less free. It did not have to be this way, but the combination of a deadly virus, inadequate planning, and incompetent leadership has placed humanity on a new and worrisome path.
Hence, humans should be prepared for all this changes because the worst is yet to come, however I think that in unity there's strength, and if we are united we can overcome any of this concequences and bring everything back to normal.
